Exercise every day:
Stay fit
Try new and varied activities so that you work with different muscles.
Start slowly:
Do one of your daily physical activities for at least 10 minutes at a time. Increase the amount of time as you get stronger.
Do not spend:
More than two hours a day at the computer or watching TV.
You can still exercise:
Try dancing, jumping rope, running up and down the stairs or setting up an obstacle course in your home.
Invite a friend or family member to join you the next time you are ready for active paly.
